i got frequently stuck loading screen or when use portal to stuck loading screen…

whats going on? this is really annoying.

i use ssd with game. ssd works perfectly.

So there could be a number of possible causes for that, but our first port of call would be to suggest a full UI Reset as this can typically be caused by corrupted or out-of-date UI elements. You can find a guide to resolving that here:

hello i try these steps but cant fix

i delete my whole addons,
i delete wtf, cache, utils, errors, interface folder

also i move drive another ssd and hdd all is same stuck loading sometimes

and still frequently stuck in loading … pls help.
