World of warcraft retail started to load incredibly long times between zones. Also when I’m in a new zone things pop out from nowhere cause they didn’t load while loading screen was presented. It is really screwing up M+ runs for me.
Internet is fantastic. No other issues with the game outside of loading screens.
I already tried to delete cache file in folder it didn’t help.
Is wow on an SSD?
Have you ran a “CHKDSK” on it?
Yes SSD. Didn’t run chkdsk (what is it?)
Go to Windows “Start” Type “cmd” to open the command prompt app .
Now type “CHKDSK” on the command prompt window and hit enter . This will run a scan and show you the status of your HDD
Might not show anything to be honest.
Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems.
No further action is required.
weird, even on my hdd the loading times are short, are u running on the dx11 api or something?

This might be it. But I made a clean list of addons that I really use and can’t play without. So if it’s their fault then I rather not play at all. This loading stretch appeared like few month ago and I thought it’s just some kind of wierd blizzard thing since they broke a lot of things visually with recent patches and yet didn’t fix them. But alas it might really be addons.
Eh man i also used to have a lot of addons and had crazy problems with them,periodic cpu spikes and gpu frametime spikes,lag,stutters you name it,nowadays i only use 3 or 4 pvp addons that dont mess with performance since its what matters to me is having fluid gameplay,and nowadays i dont pve (raid or m+) so i dont need a bunch of pve addons and tbh in the end i started doing the same things i did without the addons.
Some addons are bad for performance and you REALLY dont need them ,the game has everything you need to play it.
It is not. This game is FAR from convenient playing.
