Location of castbar + special bar + extra auction button

I know there are addons to move these bars, which I don’t want to use, but I want to know exactly how are these bars located inside of the default UI.

Because I noted that, when an extra auction bar and special bar appears, my Castbar (Default one) goes up in the frame, is this normal for everyone? or is it just for me? like why does it move upwards like that.

Also I noted that the extra auction button on my melee character (Warrior + ret paladins) is located lower in the default with no addons, then if I log my guardian/balance druid, the extra auction bar is a little bit higher, so why is it like that?

Can someone answer my two questions, i’d appreciate it, maybe I am posting in the wrong forums, if there’s better applicable forum, pls tell me so I can move this thread, thanks.

I use quartz for cast bars and bartender for things like the extra action button.

You can also use something like “move anything” or elvui probably does it but I don’t use them.

I don’t use the default action bars but that might be because of the “stance” bar that druids still have for their shapeshifted forms.

I think so.
