I need this for an event, a mansion, or a manor. The only thing I can think of is Waycrest manor, but is there anything else?
Greymane manor in Gilneas. If you are in need of something more opulent, the inside of Karazhan’s lower levels could suit you aswell.

Else you have the Norwington Estate which is not completely a manor but close to the category.

The Wayrest Manor is excellent, I took time to clear it myself on normal and some of the rooms would be perfect for events. It would also do so well for a Hallow’s end event.
Keep in mind this one won’t work if the even is going to house more than five people since it’s just a dungeon. That can be a bit limiting if one wants the location for a guild event specifically.
That is true, though there is the outside as well.
If you wanted something extravagant you could clear Kharazan areas out.
