Looking for guidance, my character is locked due to a refund request I forgot to cancel. I rebought the boost to unlock the character but can’t apply it. I have a ticket open but it’s been over a week and a half now. Did anyone have this issue and manage to solve it

Is this related to a boost in Modern WoW (Shadowlands) or Classic (Wrath)?

This wouldn’t be something that we can assist with via the forums. As you already have a ticket open, our Support Team will be able to assist you from there.
If the boost will not apply to the locked character, use the boost on a new character and update your ticket with the name of the new boosted character. Request that character to be deleted to unlock your locked character. That should help with processing your request.

You cannot boost characters on Thekal, Jin’do and Giantstalker.
Hello had your ticket been resolved as i also have the same issue and the gm also told me to boost a character and add to the ticket the name of the boosted char that will be deleted to unlock my locked character but i havent heared from him since.i do believe gns are busy atm with tons of tickets but im just little paranoid if i will get a response
Every ticket will get answered as long as you do not abandon, or cancel and re-open it as that will put you back in queue.
