While doing Loremaster with BtWQuests addon to track what I need, I have found that the quest “Shift Change” to be picked up from Silgryn NPC in Suramar City is completely absent despite completing previous required quest “Special Delivery”. Same with two other quests “Redistribution” and “All Along the Waterways”, the quest givers for those two also don’t have any quests despite having done the required quest
Have you gone to Wowhead for each of those quests and read ALL the comments for each of them?
That’s what I do.
