This does not work for me, sadly I tried it got “Problem resolved, unable to process - if the problem persists please create a ticket”
So I created a ticket, once more explaining the problem in detail - and the light blasted thing took me back to “Character stuck - Unable to move” thing.
Guess what - once again “Problem resolved, unable to There was an error while processing your request. Please submit a ticket to get help from one of our Game Masters.”
So rather than being stuck in a teleport loop in game I am now stuck in a automated “support” loop. This is the worst customer support experience I’ve had - don’t mark unresolved problem as resolved ffs.
- and yes I’ve tried the repair option in the launcher, I cannot log into any realm -.-’
