I submitted multiple tickets and none of them resolved my problem. I just used a vpn-like app called Godping and regardless of me severely stressing on telling what app caused my permanently ban the staff just gave me literally the same answer text and not saying a word
Support also said that it’s not in their jurisdiction and cannot help me with my case. I lost 2 accounts for this reason still not sure what caused it.
