Login and Character screen not showing the whole screen

For some reason my login screen and Character screen is missing like 2/3 of its display , not sure if it was Nvidia update of wow updates .

do you have render scale above 100% ?
in classic render scale above 100% does some weird stuff
for me login/character select is rendering only left top corner, when I have above 100%
