I totally agree here. Blizzard should have noticed the issue around the same time we did. But it took them 1,5 hours to respond to people posting on the forums and say they are looking into it…
Felranys, thank you so much for your constant feedback & support ( and humor ) you’ve given us. Was really pleasant -and surprising- to have someone keeping us up-to-date on what is happening with an issue like this.

You act like its the fault of the support staff that the Game runs so badly and unstable, software- and serverside. Yes it runs bad and yes there is a lot of issues but the fault lies with the management that ignores the continuous degradation of the Game in favour of cutting costs.
We were just happy to have, fast, responsive an friendly support for once.
