Hello, i’am having a problem with an account, when i try to log in to battle.net application, I see the message “We couldn’t verify your account with that information.”. when i try to login to the website it works.
Reinstalled battle.net twice
Changed Password
Removed all blizzard games from pc
Nothing works.

Try resetting your password. That sometimes helps cases like this.

my GF had the same problem yesterday, it jsut took a while the the logins worked again, think there was just a temp problem

One mention that I’m not seeing here is fully removing your login details (so both email and password) and re-entering them on the App. There’s a likely chance you’ve typoed one or the other one, and especially with the “Keep me logged in” option toggled you may not have changed these details to their current ones fully.
If that doesn’t do it, I’ll have to ask you to make a ticket to our Support Team.
