Logitech mouse side buttons not working on WoW

Hi guys,

So I’m having quite a strange problem, my mouse has been working fine for more than 6 years (WIRELESS GAMING MOUSE G700) and after a windows 10 update that I did 2 days ago, the side buttons of my mouse are not being recognized anymore, which is really annoying.

I know a lot of people have had this issue and seemingly no solution has been found by the technical help. I tried literally everything advised on the forums but nothing works. I also tried the razor mouse of my brother and it doesn’t work properly either, only two buttons out of 9 are being recognised.

Any ideas on how to proceed to solve this issue?

Are you referring to Mouse Button 4 and 5? also it’s a bit confusing because you’re saying that the buttons don’t work but then you contrast it with a Razor mouse and say that the buttons don’t work properly.

You may want to elaborate what are the actual buttons that don’t work and maybe what they are bind to, too.
