I do think this is a flaw with the system. I don’t look at the leaders either, you search for the relevant content and queue.
It’s almost like the people who make the groups don’t realise that they can decline you.
If you don’t want me, just decline me. If my gear/rio score/class/spec whatever is not what you want…fine, decline me and let me get on with my day. Just don’t ignore me and string me along for 5 minutes waiting for an invite that will never happen
I personally don’t even mind that, and I’ve done it myself, although of course I’ll reject things I know for sure I can’t use.
Sometimes you make a group and you need 1 healer and 1 DPS and you’ve got a DPS coming in soon from your friends list but then 30 DPS sign up or something crazy like that. Sorry, can’t be bothered going through y’all.
When I sign up for groups I usually sign up for as many as exist that fulfil my criteria. No reason to let myself be strung along for anything. Better pick me up quick if you want me - or I’m gone.
Careful with the decline button. It’s offensive to some.

This time she decided to show up around lunchtime, as usual, but on Tuesday. Unfortunately she caught sight of me approaching her, rather than sitting near passively behind a window, and started running, but I snatched a photo anyway.
Hopefully I can get her to sit still next week.
PS: Wish I could send PM’s in a situation like this. Oh well.

If they are marked as a group looking for people and I would be within what they need, I would keep applying.
And now OP spreading the irritation to you and you will spread it to the next person and next then next etc at the end we will have a nuclear war and will go extinct just because that druid didnt invited this guy. I hate LFG it destroyed our world and get nuked because of it…

I always spam queue it, only way to get into groups faster. /Care who the leader is
i use to do random LFG is there a person i dont like i swampblaster him/her over edge so person falls to death 
I keep applying when they ask for 2.5k io for a +15. Eventually they ignore me and that’s a good thing I don’t need players like that.
I kinda have to relate to that guy through. Frequently i’ve also delisted groups and had someone keep re-applying that i first declined over and over again. There is always a valid reason for why if you don’t get declined, but you ain’t getting invited either. But still que’d up for that leaders group.
But not everyone wants to share those valid reasons.
