Long Freezing and Resolution issues after MoP Remix launch

Ever since MoP Remix came out I’ve had issues where WoW would freeze - sometimes for up to 10+ seconds. This has happened when doing different things like flying around or browsing the transmog wardrobe in the menu. It’s also happened in combat a few times and gotten me killed.

I’ve also noticed that after the game comes back, my UI will often be cut off at the bottom of the screen and it seems like text in game is low resolution.

I’m on an RTX 3080, i5 12600kf, 32GB RAM.

set graphics options to default, uncheck render scale, and leave it on 100%.

Render scale was already on 100%, made no difference
