Long time no pvp, how to blacklist some maps?

Last pvp’ed in MOP you used to be able to blacklist some maps you do not like, how to do that, I cannot find the option?

Thats because it’s gone.

Would be nice to have it back though.

Then again they could just make it actually random when you queue for a random battleground and not just The Battle for Gilneas(or Ashran for epic lately).

You can’t blacklist anymore, but the sh!tty big bgs are on their own queue now instead of the majority of pvpers ignore lists. :man_shrugging:

Its never been as random, it’s always been fill needed slots then random.

However you could still get Gilneas for the whole of eternity and it can still be random. For the record I hate that one too.

Putting up with those is your punishment for the ‘random’ reward. If you dont wont that then select a specific one.

Aha of course it is. Thanks guys, only epic bgs for me than,. Why is it removed, is the player base so low?

It’s because the icecream sales dropped by 3,4% this year.
What has this with that to do?

Also I guess because the ancient bg got removed and the epic and normal battlegrounds split , it wasn’t needed anymore, since this was what most people probably blacklisted

Indeed it is. :expressionless: But it begs the question: why play random bgs at all anyway? Honor does absolutely nothing now, it’s just a pointless thing to get “prestige” (lmao) rewards with, it feels that the only point to do bgs nowadays is if you are having fun in them. And for that, might as well select the bg. :slight_smile:

Because of low player base queue’s got to long thus removing it, makes sense to me. Like next xpac removing factions makes sense to combat low player base queue’s

Also they could remove factions because there is a proofable balance issue between the two vs the imaginary player lost ?
