Longest and most detailed PVP-related blue post post in ages

…and it’s regarding some stupid SoD zone!

What has to happen to get the same level of attention for retail? Imagine if we had such a long blue post for MMR issues, solo q, healers, class balance, etc… what the problems are, how they are going to address them…

Is this too much to ask?

Because they are passionate for classic, hardcore and SoD.
They dont rly have that much passion for PvP in retail, im thankful they are trying every now and then by creating RSS and maybe the solo RBGs but the lack of actual solutions to MMR issue and more for months just shows they dont rly care.

They put effort where money can be made.

A lot of stupid people will sub for ‘nostalgia pvp’ so there is tons of money to make out of it.

On retail people are already subbed and money rolls in so they dont care to fix anything.

Funny exactly what i was thinking. I mean one would imagin that, a monthly fee and the game pricing itself would give them enough finacial background, to fix or atleast communicate about the problems we are having right now. Even if the playerbase of pvp players isnt as big as pve, it should still be substantial enough for them, to have a team working on fixing it constantly…
I mean work related software by companies way smaler, with customer bases way way smaler( just talking pvp community), take care of problems within hours or atleast a day.
Imagin, you had a problem with a product and they wouldnt even reply…

Geez, thats the state we are in right now. Is depressing.

Even if they are releasing new games, a good company would always insure that other products, people pay for are not left in the dirt.

Why would Retail, a game that has been everchanging for 19 years, the literal progression of world of warcraft, receive even nearly as much attention as a 5 pixel nostalgia train that even a 1-eyed turtle can ride?

Get your stuff together guys. SOD HYPE SOD HYPE

Queue up them 4 second Frostbolts in WSG, forget those modern wow enjoyers

True, but at the same time if that is how they operate, with a reasoning like that, they will get stuck in a feedback loop.
Retail pvp is bad->don’t put effort into it–>pvp stays bad
While in classic pvp is already good–>make new stuff–>pvp is better.

I hope that is not the case.
