This is as you can see a bit of a long one but please read this carefully before contacting me, thank you
So as the title says we are a group of 3 (DH tank, DK and me Hunter hitting 2500 min each season for rewards possibly looking at 3k this season for rewards) looking for a couple of extra people to complete our M+ team, we have been pugging the last two now for a number of years but we would like to have a full group going forward if possible.
If you are looking for a group that is to push M+ keys as high as you can go, with non stop running of keys for hours and hours and right to the very end of the season, then we are not the group for you. If running a key that looks like it will deplete and you have the compulsion to leave then we are not the group for you.
Our attitude towards M+ is of a casual nature, we do not have a fixed schedule so we would be be looking for people who are flexible also, we of course would give notice of when we would be looking to do M+ keys, but to give an idea we do keys after our raids on a weds 11pm Server time, also on free nights Monday/Tuesday from 8.30pm server time but this can change week on week and we wouldn’t do anymore than 1-3 keys in one session
We mainly do the M+ keys for various reason, but most importantly its to have fun and a good laugh together, we do not run keys to the very end of the season, we run keys for probably the same reason as many, to get BiS, hit those ratings that give the achievements and rewards, and once we have done this we tend to break till the next season.
The general pattern for us is, during new season like now we will do our 8 keys to fill a vault, and as time goes and the season goes we reduce the number of keys as the season winds down and everyone has what they need.
Whats very important is the attitude that you bring, we are not ragey people so if a few wipes will cause your to drop group then we are not the group for you either. We offer a safe space for mistakes and if thee are any mistakes we will regroup and discuss together to see if we can overcome the difficulty and if not we lower the key and go again So if you have the lack of patience and tendency to get a bit hot under the collar because others makes mistakes, again we are not the group for you, because we will make mistakes and generally we will have a laugh about it and try again.
Lastly although we are casual, there is an expectation of coming prepared specifically with gear enchanted, and full consumables, thats Food/Flask/Weap oils and DPS/Healing/Mana potions. We still want to try our best. We do use a discord and we would expect you on the discord also to help with communications/ call outs etc, so a being able to communicate in english will be neccessary.
