I looking for ALT mostly PVP, after looking at DK and Priest i am really interested in MONK.I have been playing Rogue for a long time so Monk seems interesting.
Could some PVP`ers spill some opinions on the current PVP state as WW?

I only dabble in battlegrounds (for that crit/vers gear), but I’ve noticed a lot of people start backpedalling when they’re being shut down repeatedly by a healer. It’s fun 
To be honest, I think monks usually go under the radar, most people don’t really know how to counter them or think of them being op, but sometimes out of nowhere the three images and fists of furry insta death :)))
Fists is a bit underwhelming in practise, tbh. It’s a channelled cast that makes you run after the other player, and any movement impairing effect knackers you.
Rising Sun Kick hits for more than people think though, in healer spec I’ve seen it pull off 7-8k crits. That’s a scary chunk vs a player with 28k hitpoints, and using tea to double it up can do a lot with 3 GCDs.
Ring of peace is hilarious in any spec, too. Split up an advancing zerg, block someone from retreating, push people off cliffs and bridges; generally just mess with the other team psychologically. It’s great watching people jump into it 3-4 times rather than run around it, perfect waste of their time.
But I am only speaking of experience with random BGs. Not like we get knowledgeable players in here, they’re all like me; just trying to get a few BiS conquest items to help with their raiding
