The title says it all, my favourite for now would be Shaman. Any class with pet would be great, but there is something about carrying a shield that I simply love.
That being said:
Does Orc racial Command work with summoned wolfs from Enhancement spec? I would like to main Orc for the upcoming expansion and I had fun with Shaman back in Cataclysm but I would hate to waste any passive buffs. I could switch to Elemental I guess and with that I would get shield, but Enhancement seems pretty fun.

Those Spirit Wolves count as Guardians so probably no extra 1% damage for you there.
Most important thing is that you will look awesome as an Orc Shaman 
Orc Fury Warrior is another sauce boss combination

I think command only works for dk, warlock and hunter pets (and maybe mage’s water ele, not sure).
Anyway, don’t bother with 1% more pet dmg. Orc is one of the few races that fits well with any class and imo you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose.
