Is Ele like that?
I like fact paced, mobile, agile gameplay. My mains are DH (both specs), and WW Monk. Is Ele a fast paced gameplay?

Ele is not that fast to be honest. However, I think Fire Mages are pretty fast. Especially if you take into account the amount of procs they get if they have the right stats and overall gear. You can look up some Fire gameplay and judge for yourself

If you want fast paced ranged you possibly looking into Fire mage and that will only shine if you get gear for it.
Alternatively Beast Mastery hunter could be considered mobile and agile, but not necessarily fast. I think in general you will find it hard to find a ranged spec that is as fluid as DH is for melee.

bm has only instant cast ranged abilities and has fast mobility
it should be but it isn’t, its still as fast as mage and better than lock but not as fast as it should be.
