When the camera comes to an obsticle it zooms im and then out when it has passed it. Is there and addon that makes the camera stay in place so it doesn’t zoom in?
No, that would just be clipping through objects which (to my knowledge) isn’t something an addon could do.
Why would you even want it? The camera would just clip through into a void of textures.

it’s really annoying for my eyes when it suddenly zooms in.
Go first person then it won’t zoom in and out at all

Sadly there’s no fix for this and it’s obnoxious as hell.
I hate it when my camera starts doing weird stuff but I don’t think there is any way round it. If near a wall I’ve had to move it to look down from above.
If it’s an eyesight issue then I can understand, sudden movements can be jarring. But sadly as I said I don’t think it’s physically possible for an addon to assist you.
Closest work around I can think of is to go to Interface > Camera and set the camera follow login to Horizontally while moving.
That way you can throw your camera up (or down) when moving through trees etc. Should minimize how often the camera zooms in and out.
Most players have camera zoom in and out with mouse wheel default - rebind that key to something else. That could be one of the reason too zoom in too.
Technically turning his monitor off would solve the problem too, its about as good a solution as yours.
I dunno if DynamicCam addon can help. But if any camera addon could help, it would prob be that one.
