My Fiance and I are looking to push keys this expansion after finding it difficult to find a consistent team due to our work hours being completely random or any players we do find end up quitting the game after so long.
We love a challenge but we don’t get agitated if something goes wrong. We’ll dust ourselves off and carry on. We’re both chill; I’m more quiet and serious while he’ll be the more chatty one 
We’re on at any time during the day randomly so can’t pin a certain time we’ll be online but we’re on often
Just like to add, we’re not looking for a guild, just looking to add some people who are looking for similar. If anyone knows of any Discord communities etc too, that’d be good.
