Looking for merge 4/9M

Hi, due to BFA’s declining numbers within our guild, It has been incredibly hard to replace our players with ones of similar skill and without recruiting for the sake of recruiting our officers feel that the best way forward for us, is to merge.
We obtained <7/8> M last tier within the space of 3 months as a new guild and we felt very confident going into BoD that CE was a possibility for us and that we would strive for that goal.

Now however we would just like to continue to raid Mythic and push the current content as much as we reasonable can. We currently have;
2 healers and 7dps as our core with about 2 strong Tank 1 Heal and a few more dps trials however I am not sure how many of them would be willing to stay if we merged.

We would like to merge with a guild that has a similar progression as us this tier and shares a similar mindset of wanting to push the current Mythic content.
We have been raiding on Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday at 8 Server time, we would like to keep raiding 3 days and keep the time around the same.
