We are AnV on Frostmane, we raid 3 days a week - Weds/Thurs/Mon (although not making one night isn’t a problem) between 22.00 - 0.00 server time.
We usually focus on clearing heroic and then dip into mythic as far as is comfortable (usually getting a few down)! Currently we’re at 5/9hc and 1/9M.
