I am trying to find viable stable partners for 3v3 that can use voice communication Example: Discord

Comps that I am looking for:
Warr-Ret-Hpala/Priest
Warr-AffLock-Hpala/Druid
Warr-Shadowpriest-Hpala

I am a returning player in Shadowlands. Have not played much throughout BFA. Played alot on Legion. 2150+ rating in 3s with melee class. Was maining DK and Warr. Have played multiple classes in previous expansions, Mage/ 2s:2300+ 3s:2200, War 2s:2k+ 3s:2k+ , DK 2s:2.1k 3s:2150+ .

At this moment due to LFG my win/los ratio is neutral 50-50 since even after having a 70-30 win loss ratio i destroyed it using the Amazin LFG system which to this date dissapoints me.I am not far into games done 30games done in 2s and 40 in 3s so there is a ray of hope that my MMR will return to its former self.

Its daunting and very clanky to use LFG, to keep inviting people who I believe are not on my level that contribute in lowering my MMR resulting in horrible losses. By no means I do not say I am a top tier player but I would love a chance to play with equals on my skill level.

For some reason everyone in the LFG system are 2.4-2.5xp players with 1.2-1.4 crs/fake achievments (no idea if that addon is still a thing), and it makes it so hard to find people to play with. People are also very picky so since I have nothing to show since Legion I automatically get discqualified as a choice.

Lfg tool is a joke and a little bit of a curse, when you have 2k4+exp nobody wants to play with you(probably thinking you are a god at the game or an insane rager) or if you have low or 0xp nobody wants to play with ypu(atleast to push and progress).

Seems like the middle ground is 2k or find a guild that doesn’t even exist except maybe on big realm like ravencrest(but in general they are asking for a lot of exp) or be very lucky to find people to play with and get rid of lfg.

You cant get disqualified by choice.

You either got a boost or Botted to get them removed. Something Shady.

i get your pain

everyone is 2,4k + exped, but when i see shaman windshearing my spell reflect gpyro or staying in open field like a duck, or not even thinking about juking i’m questioning everything, sitting in 1,6k carrying random casuals with their made up experience

And i consider myself being average at the best

“equal” is an illusion. Don’t focus so much on irrelevant things, and just try to increase the parameters of what you invite and try to suggest ways they can improve. With everyone wanting to play with better players, it becomes significantly easier to find people if you try to play with those that have slightly lower exp than you do.

For you, inviting people with 2k exp is good enough, isn’t it? Then suggest ways they can improve as you play with them, and groom them to reach your level.

PS:
If you can’t prove your exp, then it’s useless to even mention it in the group finder. Exp of a certain MMR is also not a thing, only the actual rating you’ve achieved (not MMR) counts as exp.

Wouldn’t say the majority in LFG are 2.4 tbh, most claim to be 2k+ even if when you inspect them you just see the 1750 ach.

Keep at it and you should be able to find someone.

people don’t give a crap about previous expacs exp, = nothing to show.
See my 2k is like what 13 years old or something? but everybody would just say lul no CR no exp etc. etc.

even if you say you got bfa s1 2k nobody cares.
Then again I believe nobody can check if you reached 2k since your first achievement again anyways?
So regardless he could just say 2k exp, link achievement and tell everyone also got 2k in bfa, no?

Noone cares about previous expansion ratings but BFA since this is season 1 shadowlands everyone wants to see BFA achievments of 2k+ which i do not have since I did not play BFA
