-cloth waist
-ring
-offhand for caster.
Can you suggest me some dungeons?

We dont know your needed stats. But you check ingame all the loot in the adventure guide per dungeon

are not the stats random? So one has to do the dungeons multiple times to get the stats he wants.

No, if for example you want haste rings, siege and freehold both drop haste + crit Loot is completely predefined.
