Hello,
I have been experiencing some latency problems for the past two days that I’m fairly confident is a problem with my ISP. However, I thought I would use the Looking Glass tool to see if I could locate where the issue is so that I could provide my ISP with more information.
I am able to select the region and the service. However, when I try to select the realm I find that Argent Dawn is no longer listed. In fact, many realms are no longer listed and therefore I’m unable to perform any of the tests through Looking Glass.
Is this a known issue or is this intended?

Thank you for letting us know about the missing realm - I will have it checked.
Now, when it comes to checking connection there are other ways as well 
Please try running an MTR test. Here is how to :
If you can analyse it yourself - that is great but if you have any doubts, use Pastebin.com to paste the test results on the forum.

Argent Dawn is still missing from the list of looking glass. Come on guys…
