I recently started playing random bg. Usually it shows that the estimated wait time is about 10 min. Unfortunately, despite that it often finds a battleground for me after 40-50 minutes. Its extremely annoying. Do you experience this as well?
I should add that I plat on the Alliance side - server Argent Dawn.
Your honor level is 12.
Sub 30 honor level accounts have their separate queues for beginners.
There might not be enough new players for a game to open.
Ask a PvPer with a higher honor level if they can invite you to random bgs, then you should get fast queues.
Your characters seem to lack proper PvP gear.
Do some world quests with war mode on, spend the bloody tokens on some gear, you can also join crate farm groups in lfg.
Without gear, you won’t last long in bgs.
