Loosing 8% haste for going into bear form? - solved

Am I missing something here? When I pop bear I loose 8% haste.

If you are specced into Lycara’s Teachings, that might explain some of it.

Thank you very much. Had me baffled. Still 2% adrift though. ill dig deeper.

It could be a case of multiplicative stacking, as in, it makes your haste your base (from gear) haste * 1.06, in which case having in the regions of 30-40% base haste would make it increase by around 8%.

Try unspeccing the talent and see how much you lose.

Yes that found the rest of it. The curse of walking away from wow and relying on builds from the interwebs.
