People should NOT loose MMR or rating when someone leaves a shuffle. When there’s clearly 1 person who looses all games (usually low rated person in a high MMR shuffle), and one healer gets two games against him, the other only 1, before he decides to leaves - the healer who only won 1 against him should NOT loose MMR or rating when that person leaves the shuffle. No one should loose rating or MMR when someone decides to leave a shuffle, only the person leaving.
