I have been doing at least trying to do this for an half an hour and wasted all my ward of fyrakk and ward of igira from the bank yet I seem to be getting the everburning key or whatever yet when I try to loot and complete the secure shipment it says missing reagent something is definitely wrong and I want both my wasted reagents and and the keys I seem to get which I didn’t.Hope this is resolved as it is annoying and keeps us spending hours on a game that is full of bugs
I’ve been getting them easily today. Done on 4 alts.
You need 3 Everburning Keys in your bag to open the shipment.
I find that just standing by the spot where Forgemaster Hoozis is summoned is all I need to do. People are summoning him all the time on my realm/shard, so I can pretty much do 3 kills and 3 keys well within 5 minutes.
Was there someone else looting the Suffused Shipment at the same time as you?
thanks for your reply the problem is it says I get receive the everburning key which I don’t but will check again now thanks maybe it was my mistake but was annoying saying I get the keys that I don’t get no there was no-one looting the chest only me but I was in a group before that does that have anything to do with it?

edit: problem solved it was in the bank everburning keys therefore was saying missing reagents it was my bad I apologize
