Hey, I have been camping the Swarming Cleaver of Ka’roz on and off for the past 4+ days.
Today I finally saw it and was uncontested. I tried looting the item but as I looted it it dissappeared, I barely had time to see the loot window pop up. It gave me an achievement popup though for finding a lost treasure hidden in pandaria so I know I looted it. But when I went to look at the item in my bag it was nowhere to be seen. I made a ticket for it so I hope it can get resolved soon.
I think a big issue with the item has been layering. I was on layer 7 but after the bug happened and I had hearthed I somehow ended up on 8.
