Lore Suggestion- Perfect time for Light Duality

So I am posting on Lore forum for suggestion - maybe too late I suppose.

We were introduced to the duality of light, at first they were the ‘good’ but now we know they can also be hard-lined. There is the Army of light coming in Midnight so I suppose there would be plenty of Lighty vs Voidy things going on.

This would be a great setting to plant seeds, tit-bits about bad side of light I think. Nothing too much, but stuff that makes you ‘hey wait a minute’.

Playing Lemix these days I got reminded of the DK-Hall story again. The whole ‘I am my scars’ scenario that is soon to come in the week. Even the Legion worked as a great enemy because we were always odds at with each other since WC RTS days.

It would be really nice to see some Scarlets (OR other) we end up having to work with or help under the World Soul Saga situation but still makes our inner alarm bells go off.

I’m in for it. Honestly, in retrospective through the lens of the Scarlet Crusade and similar forces, Blizzard has done pretty well with dubious reasonings behind the Light’s more shadier sides. What it lacks is longer lasting, or effects that are worth remembrance for, in contrast to the more ‘good’ and ‘lawful’ effects that are often popularized, it’s easy to forget that the Light can be a cruel and unkind force.

Which is why I hope they do not completely drop the Arathi after TWW goes. We see them in Midnight so I would love to see the Light amplified even further as a force of dubiousness and question. Perhaps let it build up to something so terrifying and explosive that it will be a nicely packaged reminder of how its powers should be something to stand against as well.

And i’ll be on the front seat to watch it all burn :smiley:
