Its loremaster achievement connected with account or only character ? do i need do all quests achievements only with one character or i can do it with multiple ?
I wonder too.
You can do it spread out on as many characters as youd like. The individual achievements are account wide.
But i believe you need to actually finish the zones fully on a character. So you cant do half a zone on one and the other half on another. I could be wrong here though.
You can complete the loremaster achievement with multiple characters, only thing you have to do is complete a single zone’s story achievements with a single character.
Let’s say you want to get Loremaster of Northrend achievement. You can complete those 8 zones needed for the achievement with 8 different characters, but you have to complete each zone with 1 character only.
Example: You have to finish all of the Howling Fjord questlines with a single character.
Once you’re done with that zone, you can switch to another character to complete a different zone in Northrend.
One last thing, you can complete the entire Loremaster achievement by playing on both Alliance and Horde factions. I’ve completed %90 of the achievement doing this.
Thank you for the thorough explanation! I might get on this then^^
This certainly USED to be true. Until Warbands.
I don’t believe it is anymore. At least, I know that it is not true in TWW; I’m not sure that they have expanded it to previous expansions.
In TWW, the Sojourner achievements are broken up into chapters or stories. I know for a fact that I have done some of these chapters on one character and some on another, and the chapters done - on either character - counted for both.
In the older days, the Loremaster achievement for a zone used to depend on the number of quests completed on one character. Then they changed it - a bad change, IMO - to clump together quests into these chapters, and the achievement depends on completing all of these chapters. I already have all the achievements or I’d test it myself, but I would be interested to see whether they have applied the same rule in older zones.
