I lost around 9,000 Kej currency in-game while transferring it to my alt on 1/16/2025 at 1:30 PM (Turkish time)**. This is the second time this has happened to me.
Additionally, two months ago, I lost 8,000 Timewarp Badges, which I had reported in an earlier ticket. The Game Master at the time advised me to open another ticket for the issue, which I did. Unfortunately, I did not receive any assistance, and when I created a thread to follow up, it was instantly closed because Blizzard had made an announcement related to the issue. However, it’s been three months, and there has been no resolution for my 8,000 Timewarp Badges, and now 9,000 Kej currency is gone as well. Here is older Ticket Number: EU97028751
