I recently came back to WoW, didn’t play since MoP, however one character, my main character, is missing, I followed all your steps trough support, clear cache and such, however it didn’t work. During MoP I transferred my mage to join some friends at a other server, for now it seems to be the only character still missing. Please give me back my mage.
Are you sure you checked on the right server?
I have also lost several character. It now occurs to me that they where all characters either created through a character boost or boosted. May that be the issue?
I had a alt character still at the server, that one is fine, created a new toon and deleted it, all steps the support suggested.
I mean, the alt is lvl 5, has 500g, all bags, and is still in the starting zone
Hi there,
This can understandably be a bit confusing since characters that haven’t been played for several years may not show up in the realm list.
If you remember what realms you’ve played on in the past you can just sort the list alphabetically and manually browse there and you should find your old characters. The list will update once you’ve logged in and out on the char.
If you can’t remember your old realm, you can generally find it by starting an Item Restoration and check the list there.
