Lost Characters

I’ve just logged in to do some levelling after being away from the game for the last 18 months to find my 3 toons on Earthen Ring (EU) are gone.

Initially when I went to realm selector there was a “(3)” next to the realm, but upon logging into it I was met with the character creation pane and I now have 0 toons listed there.

Please help

I don’t think you’ll get a response from a GM on the forums! Have you tried making a ticket?
