Lost Dig Map [Stuck in mail]

Hi,

For some reason I have two Lost Dig Maps stuck in my mail, and I can’t get them in my inventory.

Anyone have a fix/solution?

Heya Rootbear,

As these items are unique, you’d have to use up any in your inventory already before you can pick up another one from the mail.

I actually have the same problem. I don’t have any maps in my inventory and still can’t pick up the two maps in my mailbox

Heya Tyrskorn.

This Bug is happening, while you carry 0 Lost dig maps in your inventory, yet the mailbox keeps insisting I allready have one.
Any idea when this bug will be handled?

I’ve just been experiencing this issue my self and opened up a ticket as I wasn’t able to transfer my character cross realm because of my mailbox containing maps.

They got back to me and labelled the exact bag that I had the map in but I did not have that bag equipped which then got me thinking of it counts if it is in your bank as I had emptied my inventory previously for a mog run and lo and behold it is in my bank.

So if it is in your bank it counts as being in your inventory and doesn’t allow you to loot anymore.
