Edit: I must stress the point that losing a lot of items is very poor on Blizzard’s end, and that they should’ve done better. But you’re not going to receive a new or different answer unless there’s news to post and that will be either in a newsblog or the mentioned GD thread. All other threads will get redirected towards.
