Just posting this here to give others a heads up really and try to help make sense of it
I unlocked the Retribution Paladin Artifact weapon appearance from the Mage tower Shattered Reckoning. The character that unlocked it, was moved off the account to another account for about 6 months roughly, then moved back last month.
I then faction changed and server transfered the character.
I go the alter of ancient kings? I can’t think what it is exactly called but the Alter in the Legion hall and it says Shattered Reckoning unavailable.
Weirdly , the Base tint for it still shows up in my Appearances tab
I made a ticket, and customer support said they cannot assist me with this
So I have reported a bug and felt it necessary to post it here
If i’d have known that transferring a character to a different account would cause you to lose things, I would never have done it
