My problem is the following:
Once I upgraded my main to TBC classic , I have lost the ability to ride my epic mount.
I only got 75 riding skill which is not enough for my Frostwolf Howler.
I tried to contact support via bug report/ restore lost skill/ submit ticket methods, always got automatic answers pointing me to general troubleshooting topics. I am out of ideas how to fix this.
Anyone knows how I could get this fixed?
They applied wrong snapshot.
You will probably have to file a bug report, Gm’s seem to have no power to do anything these days and usually don’t even read your ticket, just copy paste some response. If you persist they will eventually read your ticket and probably tell you that they can’t verify whether or not you should be able to use the mount.
The customer support is just useless these days.
Thanks for the replies, I have already submitted a bug report days ago, nothing happened yet. I am also keeping my tickets open just in case
