So I had to relog my char while I was at 50/100 sparks and when I logged back in the quest was gone. It could accept the quest again in Dornogal, but all progress was lost!?

Hey, same problem. I completed 100/100 I reloged and it vanished from my qlog on 2 characters…

yes, if you log out the quest gets abandoned and need to get it again

Just happened to me as well. At this point this is getting ridiculous.

I noticed this after picking it up multiple times. I usually pick it up first thing each reset, along with all the other weekly quests.
But once I was ready to do it I picked it up again, completed it and turned it in. No issues, as long as you don’t log out.
This happens to other quests as well. For example the night fae queen’s conservatory blue quests. As soon as you log out they disappear.
Same bug for me also
