Low dps , BM Hunter

Hello everyone ,

I am not sure if this is the right place for such a post , but since i am desperate , i though i’d give it a try and submit an inquiry here with the hopes of getting some clarity in concern to the hunter class .

I have a Beast Mastery hunter main and i believe i am doing something wrong with my champion since the dps i deal is ridiculously low - to be more accurate - i have 463 item level and my single target dps is around 40 k (50k with blood lust ) . I believe that its quite low , but i’d like a second opinion if possible .

My rotation is keeping Barbed shot constantly stacked up to my pet with 3 stacks , Kill comand whenever available , bestial wrath whenever possible , auto shot when there is nothing else to do . Boss fights include the aspect with the focus regen .

Also , im a returning player so it could be something very obvious which i dont apprehend .

Just ontop of my head from glancing at your armory - your trinkets are pretty meh, ideally get Razor Coral and both Ra-den trinkets, get Vision Major Rank 3 (and for that matter all your essences to rank 3 is a big DPS gain!) and last but not least enchant your gear.
Gale-force striking on weapon and crit on rings.

I’m sure someone more in-tune with BM can tell you more, especially if you have logs you can provide for rotational issues etc.

From the very few logs you have available, it honestly seems like you just need to simply have a read through a basic guide. At the very basic core your talents are wrong, essences wrong, no corruptions, etc.

Take a look at the BM icyveins guide for just about everything you need.
