Hi. When I cast blizzard on mobs in the first second, the maximum damage is 200, then it decreases to 177-144-100-77-44. So same and on rest skills under the maximum rank damage as on the first rank, arcane explosion inflict 450dps, and the second press 50dps on 6 rank, this as at all? before the transfer to the prepatch, everything was fine with dps, I dropped my skills 2 times and nothing changed
