Low FPS and stuttering even on lowest settings

Used to play BFA and SL on 7,dropped to 4 with some tweaks in DF and i still have stuttering and low fps in some zones, especially Valdrakken.

10 minutes ago i finished reinstalling windows/WoW and setting up everything, moved graphics to 1 and my fps in Valdrakken is around 40 lol, around 120 in open world and still feel stuttering and big fps drops like 120>75>120 again. This just cant be that im even struggling to play on 1.

If i play on 4 my fps in open world is close to 120 just like on lowest settings,if i max everything my fps in open world is 45-70 and around 40 in Valdrakken. This makes literally 0 sence.

With this PC i dont mind playing on 3 or 4 with pretty much stable fps but naturally choppy due to lower fps,but why the hell i cant even pull 50 fps in Valdrakken without stuttering and in open world as well.

Hate to say it, but due time to upgrade that old I5
WoW is very CPU limited and even the fastest CPUs on the market struggle in Valdrakken.

I will very soon, when the war within alpha starts, but till then i need to make this work.Ive seen people here complain with insane PCs ,no matter how i5 is old it should run the game on 1 without stuttering lol

i have a big PC and fps are very bad since DF. i play a mix of low/medium settings.

What does that even mean?

@Trovlak
So why didn’t he ask me 1st my setup directly instead?

I just came here to bump what Makaruu pointed about the low settings/fps in game.

Here’s my setup : Have a good game guys.
MSI B550 A-PRO ATX
Gigabyte GP-P850GM 850w
AMD RYZEN 7 5800X
32Go DDRA 3600Mhz
RTX 3060 12Go
SSD 1To + SSD 500go + HDD1To

The game is broken somehow, its something with phasing of players. In Valdrakken it stutters like hell when flying in on a drake or moving around fast, also when players joins a raid etc it stutters. I have tried several setups and its the same, so its the game

It’s so bad. Stuttering every time someone join/leaves a group, when a new player enters the area, when a boss dies (might be related to loot drops), when using some abilities etc. Several locations lock my fps to 60 for some reason - if i turn the camera around I have 120 fps, even in more demanding scenery with more players and such.

Aimjinx is perhaps one of the better commenters with respect to PC hardware.

“Big PC” tells us nothing at all about your PC. Zero factual information.

We’ve seen people thinking their PC was bleeding edge, when it was 5 years old. So yeah, if you want any suggestions, you are going to need to define what you mean by “Big PC”, because by itself, it tells us nothing useful.

Yes its awful and have been like this almost entire Dragonflight expansion for me. I send in several dxdiags and msinfos to Blizzard and as I said before tried 3 different setups. Right now I have a AMD 5800X3D, 32gb ram, RTX 3080 and NVME drive. It is something in their phasing system that does not work properly and they cant seem to fix it. I am just amazed that we dont see 1000s of threads about this. Its not that bad i open world outside Valdrakken though and the other situtation were its really annoying its when people join or leaves raids and when bosses die. So maybe thats why people are not reacting
