Low fps on 10600kf and 4060

Cpu 10600kf
Gpu 4060

In the capital of Drongal from 30-89 fps. Regardless of what is happening.
In the game world, the fps is higher, from 45 to 187 Also jumps.

In dungeons from 28 to 72.
In the raid did not rise above 35 (20 people). On one of the bosses so generally 8 fps when we passed BL.

I tried to change the graphics, but the result is the same. Regardless of the settings, there is no difference.
I even made the scale of drawing (640x360) 33%
(Everything was insanely square and pixelated) and even in this case it was up to 85 fps in the capital.
Here is a screenshot on the lowest graphics in the capital.

With the “default” graphics or more or less adequate parameters for my computer configuration, the fps in the capital is from 40 to 89. After coming to the capital from other locations, the fps at first just jumps here and there like crazy.

Then it levels out to a stable 62-63, with periodic drops to 45-58.

There is no stability at all in the dungeons. As I wrote above, from 28 to 72.

I didn’t see anything higher than 35 in the raid.

One of the bosses had such a system load, while there were 8 fps.

Please help me solve the problem! I don’t know what to do.
The drivers have been updated, right up to the BIOS update.
The situation does not change. There shouldn’t be such a bad fps on such a system.
You can forget about stable 60, not to mention that I have a 144 GHz monitor and I would like to have 144 fps.

There are NO problems in other games.
The Witcher/Cyberpunk/Overwatch - everything is stable! (I understand, unsuccessful games for comparison, but still as an example).

Your problem is the same as already seen with the 11.0.5 update. The change from 11.0.2 to 11.0.5 was a very significant performance decrease, with very low GPU usage. Even the DBM addon programmer (MysticalOS) suggested that there was something in the background of the game that was consuming more CPU than necessary, causing the game to underperform. According to some players in the Public Test Realm, this performance problem seemed to have been fixed with 11.0.7, but it appears that this has not been the case, but may even have gotten worse.

How fast is your RAM? Is it running with XMP profile and in dual channel mode (proper slots on the mainboard)?

What is the default for your system? Setting 7?

Make sure your renderscale is set to 100% and nothing else because it is buggy and causes FPS drops.

Your FPS seem in line with what is expected from this CPU.
WoW is only using one main CPU-thread and some extra for other stuff like Audio.
This is why your CPU performs bad in this game, your singlethread performance is low compared to current gen CPUs.

See your CPUs performance relative to others here at the benchmark at the bottom:

https://www.pcgameshardware.de/World-of-Warcraft-Dragonflight-Spiel-73654/Specials/WoW-Dragonflight-Benchmarks-Anforderungen-1408516/2/

Remember, this is from Dragonflight release, the requirements have increased since then.

So assuming your RAM is not causing any extra performance losses, there is no other way to get high (relative) FPS except upgrading your CPU.
The only recommendation i can give for a CPU upgrade would be AMD AM5 with a X3D CPU like the 7800X3D or the latest 9800X3D for best performance.
Do not get a non X3D chip if you are considering a platform upgrade.

PS: meanwhile you can enable Antialiasing like CMAA (almost no FPS cost) or MSAA (best image quality but has a GPU cost) because you are CPU-limited 90% of the time anyways and don’t have to turn down GPU settings

The same thing started after the release of update 11.0.7, before that everything was fine! My system: i7 - 7700 and RTX 2080, I understand that maybe my processor is tired, but the day before yesterday in a raid, on high graphics I had 35 - 40 fps, and today on low settings 8 - 10 fps!!! The Siren Island update is to blame for this, not my processor!

It’s not the update, it’s the outdated addons.
Every content patch requires you to update all of your addons and maybe even some weakauras.
Otherwise there can and will most likely be performance issues, especially in raids.

So make sure your addons are all updated (i personally use the Curse client for that) and maybe disable those that cause problems.

For weakaura updates i use Weakauras Companion.
