You get better answers there.

It almost sounds like some setting is reverting each time.

I found this old thread on Reddit but I don’t know if there is something more recent

Either driver has some leftovers from previous versions that mess up your install or your disk is not healthy and Windows keeps repairing it every boot. Or something else entirely lol. But try these for starters :

  • check the main Windows disk (where the drivers are located) - open Windows menu and search for “command prompt”, RIGHT-click it and “Run as Administrator” and then run

chkdsk C: /f /r

It will say it cannot at the moment (the disk is in use, duh) and ask you if you want to schedule the check for the next restart. Say yes and reboot. It will thoroughly check the file system for errors (takes some time so be prepared, maybe an hour, may be 5 minutes, depends) and fix them.

  • uninstall drivers via DDU (search it online, Display Driver Uninstaller) - it is safe, old school, and it will hunt down and remove every last trace of your current driver. Just nukes it from orbit. Then reinstall it fresh and see if it helps.

Do you turn your PC off, shut down, or put it to sleep/hibernation?

I am Shuting it down.

Gonna try it thanks

This is a laptop so you can also check if Windows is using the correct GPU for running WoW. If it is using the iGPU in the processor, 20 to 30 fps is an achievement lol.

Open Windows settings and search for GPU. It should come up with System>Display>Graphics. Find WoW in that list and choose Options. Select your RTX3070 if it isn’t already. If you see it has selected Intel something Graphics, there is your problem.

Thank you all for the Help unfortunately nothing helped i reinstalled everything from scratch and still i have to reinstall driver.

Oh no. :frowning:
Do you have any crapware installed from the manufacturer , like Asus ROG Armoury Crate or MSI whatever-it-was-called (Dragon Centre, jeez) ? These are known to cause more problems than help you with anything.

Anti-virus software gone highwire ?

If nothing I suggested helped, then it must be some software causing this. Does this happen with other games, too, or just WoW ?

Have you stopped windows from sending you drivers over windows update, it likes to do this with outdated drivers without telling you.

Actually now you dont. This is not related to us,it is on the server side. So we need to bug their asses to get it fixed, or else they think it is isolated events caused by players own hardware or software. This is a huge situation being ignored now.
