Low level character being decreased stamina in 10.1

Level 11 Guardian Druid in Bear form.
Before 10.1: 1900+ HP
After 10.1: 1190 HP.

I assume this patch is not increasing 25% stamina, instead, it is decreasing 40+% stamina for low level character.

I thought they were inflating the health pools for everyone.
Maybe they messed up some equation?

It was my theory too. I was leveling yesterday so I have a reference point, will check if enemy damage changed as well ^^

I believe enemy’s dmg is increased. I have been farming hundreds times of Bloodmaul Slag Mines. Same process, usually taking around 300 dmg to clean the whole waves before first boss. After patch, it takes 500+ dmg. But I have not count in leech decrease from 10.5% to 8.4%

Okay, testing results: lvl 60 - ~20->29k health, a bit more than expected. Haven’t checked damage taken as I logged out after hitting 60 ^^"
It’ll be a bit harder to gauge than I thought because my closest to 59 character that is under 60 is a lvl 50 so the damage numbers are quite diferent, but oh well, 50 will have to do if the difference truly is 40%, as it will be felt.

I picked a random blood elf in twilight highlands, similiar item level but 10 level difference. She’d deal ~2500-2900 with her cast, varying at lvl 58-59
At 50 she’d deal around 2k.

Her melee was around 600+ at 58-59, around 400-600something(highest I saw her do was 647, as well as a crit of 1027, out of 15k health at ilvl 120, bfa gear&heart of azeroth) at level 50. Definitely an increase in damage

58-59 lvl stats were things I paid attention to yesterday as I knew about the stamina change at low level
50 lvl stats are things I am doing as I am writing this post. So the damage increase is there for sure, while the hp increase applied to 60 and above just like the dragonflight launch hp increase
(Oh and important to note: blood elf mage and void elf priest; for the priest they get 10% damage reduction when hit by a melee but I would cancel the buff when possible to let her cast aat full damage/between melee hits)

It could totally be a bug, but it has been like that in PTR for a while. It might be intended as they did increase the difficulty with dragonflight’s launch as well. I personally kinda like it so far actually.

Two days ago, my warrior alt (Fury), could pull and kill 5-6 mobs easily.
Today? He gets annahilated if he gets even a single add!

Confused and frustrated, I started looking in my combat log, and NOTHING makes sense. A mob hits me for 200 damage, but several times that damage gets removed from my health pool! I had one mob kill me that according to the combat log had done less damage to me than my self-healing (Leech, heirloom trinkets, Victory rush, frenzied regen).
