and this is the least of it , mailboxes are horrendous resolution too, chest armos both npc players and mine, that sword on screenshot too . Everything is maxed out outside of shadows and it’s on 150 % resolution scaling (yes I’ve tried doubling down or up ). So am I blind or am just forgot about the game looks after my long break lol.

What is the native resolution of your monitor ?
What resolution do you have the WOW client set to before scaling ?
Those screenshots don’t look particularly dreadful to me, but I’m unsure what, exactly, it is you’re saying looks poor. WOW has always had a stylised, slightly cartoony vibe and perhaps that’s what is jarring to you compared to other games ?
I took a gander at the screenshots too, and they look largely okay to me, but I did notice a little warning indicator that implies the display driver may be a bit out of date. Beyond that, I’d recommend to check the refresh rate of the display, to make sure it is set correctly - while that’d not be visible in a screenshot, refresh rate has a strong impact on how “crisp” an image can feel on a screen.
