I love idea playing around cds and deliver huge burst then just chill in your non-burst window. But wtf our burst window is weak compared to other classes look at devastation evoker, he just instantly outdps you in opener. I allways use my cds etc… got like 6-8m opener depends on crits etc… then just falls down, around my sim +/- 1k dps diff or depends on mechanics, yes I can nuke add rly quickly when I have cds up but thats all… every single class can do it better, what is point to play sub rogue? Ill stick to it, because I love class fantasy (and its my higher ilvl now xD in mythic progress) but … what… we dont bring utility, we are pure dps… even our ccs are useless especialy in raiding scenarios where just others can do it better.

Just now is burst window weak, we dont scale well with gear.
Its really cool to see 8m+ hits from sec tech but then you look at assa which just can envenom for 18m xD. Dissapointment.

im averaging 2-4 mill envenoms outside of big cds with more ideal gear, its not great…but its not been great for a few expansions now, so people dont like rogue being viable and blizzard are scare to tune us cause of rogue being one of those classes which make or break meta

That is their entire mastery. But when the boss is below 20-30%, and they don’t have Dragon’s Rage going, then even their best Procs and ROTA deal less damage than your auto-attacks.
